The webinar ended. The conversation shouldn't.
This is where police, fire, EMS, dispatch, and corrections leaders keep talking about what it really takes to keep their people well.
Register to be featured in the ongoing discussion. Tell your peers about the wellness program you run, what you've discovered along the way, and the challenges you're still working through. All three are welcome here.
- Peer-led
- No sales pitch
- You approve everything before it's shared

Every department is solving this alone. It doesn't have to be that way.
Somewhere, a department your size has already worked through the problem on your desk right now. Somewhere else, a wellness coordinator is about to make a mistake you made two years ago.
The roundtable exists to connect those people. You talk, your peers listen, and everyone leaves with something they can use on the next shift.

What members talk about
- How they got command staff and the union on board
- Which grants paid for it, and what the application took
- Getting people to actually use what's offered
- What they measure, and what they report upward
- What didn't work, and what they'd do differently
Three ways to take part. All of them count.
Be Featured
Your agency, your story, your name on it.
A short recorded conversation about your program. We send you the questions ahead of time, and you sign off on the final version before anyone else sees it.
Share Privately
The lesson gets shared. Your agency's name doesn't.
Some of the most useful things to hear are the ones nobody wants attached to their department. Tell us what you're up against and we'll pass it along with every identifying detail removed.
Listen In
Not ready to talk yet? That's fine.
Get each new conversation by email, along with a running summary of what departments are trying. Speak up whenever you have something to add.

From sign-up to shared, in four steps.

Quick Prep Call
We spend 15 minutes hearing your story and agreeing on the questions.
The Conversation
A 20-minute recorded video call, scheduled around your shift.
You Approve It
You and your agency review the final cut. Then it goes out to roundtable members by email and on the Luraco Care Chair site.
A conversation. Not a sales call.
Luraco hosts the roundtable because we work with first responder agencies every day and keep hearing the same questions. You don't need to own a Luraco chair, want one, or mention one to take part.
Nothing is published without your written approval.
You see the final version first. If you change your mind, we pull it.
Challenges are as welcome as wins.
A program that's still struggling teaches as much as one that's thriving.
We help you clear it with your chain of command.
Ask and we'll send a one-page summary you can hand to your chief or PIO.
No personal health details, ever.
We talk about programs and what they taught you, never about individual personnel.
Your questions, answered clearly.
Do we need a formal wellness program to take part?
No. Departments that are just getting started, or still making the case internally, are some of the people others most want to hear from.
Is this a sales presentation?
No. The roundtable is about your program and your experience. If you'd like to talk with Luraco about chairs or funding, that's a separate conversation and only happens if you ask for it.
Do I need my department's permission?
If you'll be named or speaking for your agency, almost certainly yes. Register now and we'll send a one-page summary you can share with your chief or public information officer before you commit to anything.
How much of my time will it take?
About 45 minutes in total if you're featured: a short prep call, the conversation itself, and a few minutes to review. Listening in takes none.
Where will my story be shared?
With roundtable members by email and on the Luraco Care Chair site. You'll know exactly where before you approve it.
You spend your career looking after your community. This is a place to look after each other.
Someone needs to hear what your department learned.
Register today and choose how you'd like to take part. You can change your mind at any point.
