Will the i11 fit me?
The i11 Standard is designed for users from 4′7″ to 6′9″ and up to 300 lbs. The Big & Tall Edition fits users up to 6′10″ and 350 lbs. The legrest extends up to 8 inches.
How big is the chair?
About 48 inches high, 38 inches wide and 87 inches long when fully reclined. The Standard weighs about 280 lbs; the Big & Tall about 310 lbs.
Can I get it before Christmas?
Call (817) 635-2335 for current delivery timing and the order-by date for Christmas delivery. Special, Big & Tall, Billionaire and Royal editions are built to order.
What power does it need?
A standard household outlet. The chair uses about 200 watts at most.
What is the return policy?
See the warranty & return policy. Orders shipped outside the continental U.S. and chairs with personalization can’t be returned.
What does the warranty cover?
For home use, parts for 5 years with 3 years of in-home labor, and 10 years on the leather. For commercial use, 1 year parts and 6 months labor.
